Hip ridge tiles had slipped leaving bottom ridge tile resting on gutter. Called Steve and he and Myles came out within a couple of hours. Showed me drone footage of the roof which was useful in explaining the problem. Steve, Myles and Kyle sorted out the issue over the next 2 days including cleaning the gutters and fixing some more brackets for extra support. Explained things clearly. Good experience overall.

Just completed an extensive refurbishment of our roof, which included re- building of one chimney and re- haunching of two more. Very impressed with their attention to detail and workmanship and they are clearly dedicated to deliver an excellent end result. I had garage roof ridge tile repaired. They also repaired a cracked tile done by other workmen as part of the price. They also did some lead work and pointing on roof of house. I would recommend them to anyone. They kept me informed of what they were doing on a regular basis. I am very happy with the standard of work they did.

Due to the bad weather over the last few days we experienced multiple areas where water was accessing the property. Miles came out quickly, inspected the roof and showed us where the water was getting through. After repairing the roof, he even got a hose to demonstrate the repair to make sure we didnt have to worry in the future about it happening again.

Had a leak in the roof which apparently had been going for a while. Only noticed it when the ceiling in the bathroom started showing some marks. We called Mc Building and Roofing, who popped over to take a quick look. 20 minutes later, they had spotted the problem, taken some pictures for us and we went ahead with the work on the spot. All fixed within 2 hours, good value and very fast response. Highly recommend.

Had MC Building and Roofing install a insulated flat roof for me in March 2024, eally happy with the outcome talked through each step by step originally wanted a bitumen roof but the guys told me to go for EPDM as the price was fairly similar but the longevity was way superior. Happy I did as haven't had a problem with it since and it looks overall a better job would highly recommend their roofing service.

These lads repointed my wall between me and my neighbour. Great job would recommend to the highest.
